1. Operator and scope
WANDRNext is operated by Roy Rinkov, an individual based in Israel. Where applicable, Roy Rinkov is the controller of personal information processed for WANDRNext. Privacy contact: privacy@wandrnext.app.
2. Account, profile, and preference information
The intended product may use Firebase Authentication and account identifiers to provide sign-in and account-based features. It may process profile details and trip preferences, such as display name, travel interests, pace, budget preferences, food likes or dietary exclusions, and related planning choices that a person chooses to provide.
3. Trips and collaboration
WANDRNext may process trip titles, destinations, dates, itineraries, notes, trip members, invitations, and collaboration activity so that people can plan and manage shared trips. Information shared with trip members can be visible to those members. Do not add information to a shared trip unless you are comfortable sharing it with its participants.
4. Places, maps, routes, and coordinates
The intended product may process place names, place identifiers, addresses, coordinates, map and route inputs or results, and related place information to support trip planning. WANDRNext is not intended to collect a person’s live device location unless a future product experience clearly explains that use and obtains any required permission.
5. Budgets and settlement records
Users may choose to organize trip budgets, expenses, splits, currencies, merchants, notes, and settlement records. These features are intended for personal trip organization and may involve financial information that users add to a trip.
6. AI-assisted suggestions and service providers
WANDRNext may use Firebase services and Google Maps, Places, and Routes services. For Google Maps Platform services, this policy incorporates the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. WANDRNext may send relevant trip, preference, destination, and planning information to AI services to generate or refine suggestions. Conditional AI providers may be used only when enabled and configured by WANDRNext. AI outputs are suggestions, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and require user review.
7. Website information
This website does not provide a signup form, waitlist, contact form, analytics service, advertising technology, affiliate tracking, or email collection. WANDRNext does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies on this public website. Hosting and network providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and requested pages, to deliver and secure the site.
8. Why information is used and shared
Information may be used to operate, secure, improve, and support the intended product; provide requested account and trip features; respond to support or privacy requests; and meet legal obligations. Information may be processed by service providers needed for those purposes. WANDRNext does not claim to sell personal information or use this website for behavioural advertising.
9. Retention, deletion, and rights
WANDRNext intends to retain information only as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Depending on location, people may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or to make a complaint. Use privacy@wandrnext.app for privacy requests. See Account & Data Deletion for the in-app process. WANDRNext aims to respond to a verified privacy or deletion request within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably required or permitted by applicable law, the requester will be informed of the reason and expected timing. Deletion may require reasonable identity verification, determining the affected account and records, handling shared-trip content and records that also affect other participants, retaining limited information for applicable law, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or enforcement, and completing deletion across relevant service providers and backups according to their applicable retention cycles. WANDRNext should avoid requesting government identification or additional sensitive information unless reasonably necessary for identity verification.
10. Age eligibility and changes
WANDRNext is not directed to children under 16. Users must be 16 years of age or older to create or control their own account. WANDRNext does not knowingly permit account creation by, or knowingly collect personal information directly from, children under 16. If WANDRNext learns that personal information was collected directly from a child under 16, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it. Family-trip collaboration or travel content involving a child does not by itself mean that the child is an account holder. Any future support for younger account holders would require a separately designed parental-consent, privacy, safety, and age-assurance process. Product account eligibility and Apple’s App Store age-rating questionnaire are separate future decisions. WANDRNext may update this policy from time to time as the product and its data practices change.
