WANDRNext is coming soon. This website does not offer a public app download, booking, reservation, payment, subscription, or commercial travel-provider service.
2. Intended planning service
WANDRNext is intended to help people organize travel ideas, places, itineraries, shared trip details, and trip-cost records. Features may change before release, may not be available in every version or location, and are not guaranteed to be available when the product launches.
3. Travel information and safety
Travel information can change. Opening hours, routes, travel times, costs, exchange rates, availability, visa or entry requirements, health guidance, safety conditions, local rules, and third-party details must be verified with the relevant provider or authority. WANDRNext does not provide travel, legal, immigration, medical, health, safety, emergency, or professional advice.
4. AI-assisted suggestions
AI-assisted suggestions are planning aids, not guaranteed facts or personalized professional advice. Review all suggestions and use independent judgment before acting. Do not rely on WANDRNext alone for safety-critical, legal, medical, immigration, financial, or emergency decisions.
5. Budgets and settlements
Budget, expense, split, currency, and settlement features are organizational tools only. They are not banking, payment, money-transfer, accounting, tax, investment, insurance, or legal services. Users are responsible for checking figures and settling any obligations directly with one another or the relevant provider.
6. Accounts, collaboration, and acceptable use
If accounts and shared trips are made available, users must be at least 16 years of age or older to create or control their own account, protect account access, use the service lawfully, respect the privacy and rights of other trip members, and provide only content they have the right to share. Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, seek unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or infringe another person’s rights.
7. Third-party services
Maps, places, routes, authentication, cloud services, and future external services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and policies. For Google Maps Platform services, these terms are intended to incorporate the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service at https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms. Those services control their own content and operations. Any future third-party transaction must be reviewed directly with that provider; WANDRNext does not represent that such a transaction is available through this website.
8. Intellectual property
WANDRNext and its original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where permitted by law or agreed in writing, users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from WANDRNext materials. Users retain responsibility for content they add and share.
9. Disclaimers, governing law, and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any future service will be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Consumer rights may apply and cannot be excluded where law does not allow it. These terms are offered by Roy Rinkov, an individual based in Israel. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled by a competent court in Israel, except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law gives a user the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction or provides rights that cannot be waived.
